Provide administrative and supervisory direction for a comprehensive mental health program that consisted of an addictions unit and a non-addictions psychiatric unit. Oversight of all aspects of PIC and lead the management team consisting of medical directors and clinical nurse manager. Supervise staff therapists and counselors. Develop therapeutic programming including Addictions Family Workshop. Coordinate programming with management team.
